Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Beesi, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

Beesi is a platform that facilitates rotating savings and credit associations (ROSCAs). Our service allows approved members to join savings groups, make regular contributions, and participate in bidding cycles to receive payouts.

Eligibility and Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All users must complete our approval process before joining any Beesi
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion

Beesi Participation Rules

Membership Requirements

  • Admin approval is required to join any Beesi
  • Members must make timely payments as scheduled
  • Each member can win only once per Beesi cycle
  • Members who have won cannot bid in subsequent cycles of the same Beesi

Bidding Process

  • Bidding is open for a specified period each cycle
  • The lowest bid wins the cycle payout
  • Bids can be updated until the deadline
  • If no bids are received for 3 consecutive cycles, a random draw will determine the winner

Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed automatically 48 hours after winner selection
  • A 1% platform fee is charged to each member on their contribution
  • An additional 1% fee is charged to the winner on their payout
  • Stripe processing fees apply to card payments
  • Failed payments may result in removal from the Beesi

Financial Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds for all payments
  • Platform fees are non-refundable
  • You acknowledge the risks associated with participating in rotating savings groups
  • Beesi is not a bank or financial institution and does not provide financial advice
  • We are not responsible for losses due to member defaults or other circumstances

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to manipulate the bidding process
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the platform
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent our policies
  • Engage in any form of harassment or abuse toward other members

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Beesi and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The information on this platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our platform and the use of this platform.

In no event shall Beesi, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of this service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Organization]. The arbitration will be conducted in [Location], and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.

Governing Law
